2. Any items taken from the stockroom must be returned, except things such as potions, scrolls, eggs, food, and other usable items of that sort.
3. Armor, weapons, shovels, shields, etc. should come back unbroken and repaired if possible. You can usually find somebody in chat to repair it for free and if not for a small fee.
4. Any OI items or other high value items that are worth only a few clan credits (imps-box, hatch, etc.) are to be returned as soon as possible and may not kept for longer then needed.
5. DO NOT take anything that you do not need from the stockroom.
6. When you have something that you could spare to donate to the clan please do so.
7. DO NOT take eggs from the stockroom unless the intention is to do nothing else but get it hatched and use the pet for personal use. The pat may NOT be then sold or sacrificed for personal gain.
8. If you leave the clan, any credits that you have may be withdrawn as gold if desired but may NOT be withdrawn as items.
9. Clan outpost can be made by any member of TSOTS but must be checked by a council member or higher rank.
10. You will be expelled if you have not logged in within 2 months for inactivity.
11. You are expected to register for all other media that this clan uses such as websites, forums and other such stuff. They were created for you and as such their create would like to see that the clan gets all the benefits possible out of them.
12. When registering for our forums you may use any display name you desire however in your signature you are expected to post your NEaB online status to allow everyone to know who you are.
13. You are asked to please read the forums and website regularly to gain all the info they poses and are asked to please post on the forums as they are there for you. Please use them to their fullest extent.

15. This clan is based on a darker theme and as such you are warned about some of it's content (Pictures) and how they portray some violent and dark nature. This content is kept separately and as such to view such material you must chose to do so. We may not be held responsible in anyway for the content of such material. However we are always certain that NONE of the content found in our website or forums depicts and form of nudity however some of the media may be a little too reveling, suggestive, or violent for those of a younger audience and as such viewer discretion is advised for those under the age of 13.
16. This clan is made, run, and used by players of NEaB and as such are doing this for free as a hobby. We are not expected to be held to any deadlines or mandatory quality expectations. We do not wish for any donations or membership fees in return for our services. We simply expect for you to have a fun time in our clan to show how much you enjoy our hard work. We also hope that we get a high degree of cooperation from our members to make out jobs easier. We are always here and as such you may contact us via the NEaB post office or other posting systems we have set up to tell us of anything you wish to see added, removed, altered, or any thing else you need to get off your chest. 17. Any job given by ether a higher rank or Dark_Stone_3 are to be carried out without questioning (As long as they are lawful and seem meaningful) as if something should not have been done it is the fault of the person who gave the orders fault, as they should have known better.
18. Our stockroom is not your trash can. We don't care for things such as junk, wirings, starfish, etc... If you don't want it why would we?
19. Anyone who does not follow the all above rules as much as is possible are subject to demotion and/or expulsion form TSOTS as is decided by the TSOTS staff.

3. You are to remain active in the clan as much as possible and as such if your level of participation goes down after you are promoted you will in turn be demoted as well.

6. You are expected to go to every meeting for staff on the given date. If you can not attend please contact another staff member to inform them of this before the date of the meeting.
7. You are never to use anger at any member of TSOTS for any reason at any time.
8. You are asked to please recruit for TSOTS whenever possible.
9. Your rank can and will be pulled if you become inactive in the clan(1 week for staff) if you have not told Dark_Stone_3 before such event occurs.
10. You may decline a staff position if you feel that you would not be as good or better than another candidate.
11. Staff positions are a privilege and not a right.
12. Clan Masters can not be expelled however if you are causing problems you will be asked to step down.
